1)    GENERAL JURISDICTION DIVISION:

Filing fee ****** $401.00* (plus $10.00 per summons being issued)

*This fee is only for the first five (5) defendants.  Please add $2.50 for each additional defendant above six (5).

2)    COUNTY COURT DIVISION:

A.     Small Claims Rules:

• Filing fee for claims between $100.01 to $500.00         -  $80.00 (plus $10.00 per summons being issued)

• Filing fee for claims between $2,500.01 to $4,999.99   -  $300.00 (plus $10.00 per summons being issued)

B.     Rules of Civil Procedure:

        $5,000.00 to $14,999.99  -  $300.00 (plus $10.00 per summons being issued)

Eviction actions ******  $185.00 (plus $10.00 per summons being issued)
